Greek Yogurt Pancakes

- •0.5 cup milk
- •1 egg
- •2 tbsp honey
- •1 cup fresh berries
- •2 tbsp butter
- •0.25 tsp salt
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt
In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, milk, egg, and honey until smooth
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just incorporated into a batter
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown
Repeat with the remaining batter
Serve pancakes warm with fresh berries and an extra drizzle of honey
