Blueberry Pancakes

- •1 cup blueberries
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar
In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then fold in blueberries gently
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface
