Ingredients
- •1 cup Arborio rice
- •4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- •1 medium shallot
- •3 cloves garlic
- •2 tbsp butter
- •0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- •1 tbsp truffle oil
- •1 tsp salt
- •0.5 tsp black pepper
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the broth and keep it warm on low heat.
In a separate large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add shallots and garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in Arborio rice and cook for 2 minutes until translucent.
