Ingredients
- â˘6 oz bittersweet chocolate
- â˘1 stick unsalted butter
- â˘2 eggs
- â˘2 egg yolks
- â˘1 tbsp powdered sugar
- â˘2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- â˘1 tsp vanilla extract
- â˘1 pinch salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and grease four ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
Melt chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
Pour chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and fold gently until combined.
Sift in flour, add vanilla extract and salt, and fold until no streaks of flour remain.
Divide the batter among the prepared ramekins and bake for 12 minutes until the edges are set but the center is soft.
