Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease four ramekins.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, then let it cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, and powdered sugar until pale and thick.
Fold in the melted chocolate mixture and add vanilla extract.
Sift in flour and gently fold until just combined.
Divide the batter among the ramekins and bake for about 12 minutes until the edges are set but the center is soft.
