- •2 tbsp powdered sugar
- •4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F
Butter and lightly flour four ramekins
Melt chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until pale and thick
Fold in melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract
