Greek Chicken Souvlaki Bowls

Ingredients

- •1 lemon
- •4 cloves garlic
- •1 tsp dried oregano
- •1 cucumber
- •1 cup cherry tomatoes
- •1.5 cups couscous
- •1 cup tzatziki sauce
- •1 small red onion
- •2 tbsp olive oil
- •1 tsp salt
- •0.5 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Cut chicken into cubes, zest and juice the lemon
In a bowl, combine chicken, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper; marinate for at least 30 minutes
