Instructions
In a bowl, mix miso paste, mirin, sake, and brown sugar to make the glaze.
Marinate black cod fillets in the miso glaze for at least 2 hours.
⏱️ 120 minutes
Preheat broiler. Place cod on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Broil cod for about 8-10 minutes until the top is caramelized and fish flakes easily.

While cod is broiling, sauté bok choy and ginger in sesame oil until tender-crisp.
